Energy Exhibition at the EAC Headquarters
The
Germany energiewende initiative seeks to make energy supply secure, affordable,
and sustainable. It aims to switch Germany’s entire energy supply to renewables
and to become increasingly energy efficient and play a major role in climate
protection.
Germany
energiewende initiative will hold an exhibition from 23rd July – 10th August
2018 at the EAC Headquarters in Arusha Tanzania.
The
various stations of the exhibition
stations will display Energy efficiency, heating, mobility, renewable
energies, costs for consumer, climate protection, nuclear power, economic
aspects, international aspects, electricity grid, security supply, energy
storage, civil participation, and the future of energy supply. The exhibition
was inaugurated in April 2016 in Beijing and has since been shown at about 60
locations in 25 different countries.
This
is an opportunity for East Africa businesses to:
- Learn on business and investment opportunities in renewable energy
- Learn on the latest development & innovations in renewable energy
- Network with German companies working in energy sector
